It is hard to believe how long this story has gone on and all the twist and turns it has. Now it has Mark Cuban, owner of the Mavericks looking into tampering charges with the NBA board of governors regarding Miami Thrice. Then you have Jesse Jackson giving his 2 cents worth. Mark, let it go, you are upset that you couldn't sign them and Jesse, you may have some influence in some arenas, but obviously sports isn't one of them.
Think of it like this, if the Heat do not win, they don't have draft picks for years to come and they will be horrible.
